To get Live Support from APFC:
1. Call APFC at 800-873-2732 and ask for
Allan (dial extension 140) or
Clyde
(dial extension 115).
Once you have one of those 2 on the
telephone with you,
click "Start Support Now" below.

Start Support Now
One or more Boxes will appear, choose OPEN or RUN in
response to each.
If you have a firewall message appear, answer it with Allow, Always
Grant or Permit.
3. When the Gray Screen appears, Double Click on the
name of the person you are talking to - Allan or Clyde.
This will establish a
connection to your support representative.
