grocery stores, drug stores or check cashing stores.
2. Request a Western Union Quick Collect.
3. Complete the form with your full name, address and
your APFC Account Number. 4.

5. Our STATE CODE
is: AZ Once your
purchase the Western Union Quick Collect they will transmit the payment to
us. We will record your payment within 1 business day depending on the
time the payment is received.
